HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT RING SIZE
Find a ring, possibly a ‘band’ type ring, which is exactly your size. Choose your size by placing the ring on the sheet: the inside diameter of the ring should match the diameter of one of the circles.
Use a ruler or a caliper to measure the inside diameter of the ring and find the equivalent diameter of one of the circles. For example, if your ring has an inside diameter of 16.6 mm, this will correspond to size 52. If the diameter falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. 
The size of the ring may depend on the design of the ring and its fit on your finger. A wide ring may require a larger size and several rings worn on the same finger may also require a larger size.
Therefore order 1 size larger than you would for a single narrow ring. Please take a potential wide knuckle into consideration.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT BRACELET SIZE
Find your bracelet size by measuring your wrist with our Wrist Ruler. The ruler must be printed on a full letter size page. To check that the Wrist Ruler is printed correctly, please use a ruler to measure your sample. The width should be 2 cm exactly.

How to use the Wrist Ruler
<ul><li>Cut out the paper Wrist Ruler </li></ul>
<ul><li>Insert the pointed end through the slit you have cut at the other end indicated [cut here]. Place your hand through the Wrist Ruler and pull the pointed end until it fits comfortably on your wrist.</li></ul>
<ul><li>The number that lines up with the edge of the slit is your wrist size.</li></ul>
Please note that the Wrist Ruler is an indicative guide only and therefore may not be an exact measure.
When measuring your wrist keep in mind what kind of bracelet you are about to purchase. If it is a bangle, please size a snug fit. If it is a chain or link bracelet, please size with a touch of breathing room to allow for movement. 
If you are unable to print the Wrist Ruler you can use a small ribbon or cord instead. Wrap it comfortably around your wrist and measure the length using a ruler. 
SPECIFICS:
Life bracelets: Measure a snug fit and then choose a size 1-2 cm larger than measured for a comfortable fit. Life bracelets should be tight on the wrist.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHTNECKLACE LENGHT
Find the right necklace using our Necklace size chart.

 Most chain necklaces have an extra eye enabling the necklace to be worn short or long. Check product specification on the specific necklace you are considering for more info.
Please note that the Necklace size chart is an indicative guide only and therefore may not be an exact measure. The circumference of your neck and size of pendant will impact how your necklace will sit.

If you cannot find your size or wish to order the jewellery in a different coloured 18 karat gold alloy (rose gold, white gold, or yellow gold), please feel free to contact our customer service. Please note that custom-made products may entail an additional cost and cannot be cancelled or returned, as the jewellery is made specifically for you.

Handmade leather boxes and pouches made from velvet and silk accompany our gold jewellery. Silver jewellery comes with a small cotton bag and box.

We offer free standard delivery with no order minimums for all the countries on our shipping list.

Carat is the standard mass measuring unit used to determine the weight of a diamond. 1 carat = 0.20 grams. Even a fraction of a carat can make a considerable difference in both the cost and appearance of the diamond. We only use top-grade natural and carefully sourced diamonds.

The globally accepted industry standards for grading diamonds are created by GIA (The Gemological Institute of America), the world’s foremost authority on diamonds. What is carat?

Understanding diamond clarity
Diamond clarity refers to the absence or presence of imperfections within a diamond, known as inclusions and blemishes. These imperfections can affect the overall appearance and brilliance of the diamond. The fewer so called natural birthmarks, the more light will pass through the stone facets.

We only use top-grade natural and carefully sourced diamonds and always strive to pick diamonds that are the best within each step on the diamond grading scale.
 
The GIA (Gemological Institute of America) diamond scale is a grading system developed by the GIA to assess the quality of diamonds based on various factors, including the 4Cs: cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. The clarity scale specifically ranges from Flawless (FL) to Included (I), with several grades in between:

FL diamonds are Flawless
 
IF
IF diamonds are Internally Flawless
 
VVS1 VVS2
VVS diamonds (1 and 2) are Very, Very Slightly Included
 
VS1 VS2
VS diamonds (1 and 2) are Very Slightly Included which means Minor inclusions that are visible under 10x magnification but typically not visible to the naked eye.
 
SI1 SI2
SI diamonds (1 and 2) are Slightly Included and noticeable under 10x magnification
 
I1 I2 I3
I diamonds (1, 2 and 3) are Imperfect
